Dogging refers to the practice of having or observing sex in a public place, usually in a car or outdoors. Parks are a very common dogging location. In most cases the couple drives to a dogging location and the girl then has sex with complete strangers, while others watch or eventually join in.

Is it safe?

As with any activity involving complete strangers you need to be careful. Always make sure you always wear a condom, and for the ladies make sure you have someone you know (your partner?) with you. Dogging is fun, a whole load of fun, but just keeping in mind some simple common sense safety tips will ensure that you enjoy it for what it is. 

Is it legal

As with any activity involving public sex or nudity you are always wise to consider the legality of participating or viewing.

so as long as you take or reasonably appear to take steps to not be viewed by innocent by-standers (like choosing remote areas for your meetings, having dogging sessions at night, and if during day ensuring there are no people or vehicles passing by)  then you are obviously doing everything you can not to cause distress or cause a nuisance.

It is very important to make sure you have received an obvious invitation to watch or participate because its 100% about consent. Don't sneak up on situations and also its dangerous to assume that a single couple having sex in public is actually dogging. Make certain you and others organise the meeting ahead of time and wait for the 'come and watch us' signal from people already participating in fun. Of course it goes without saying that you should never ever take pics or video any of the dogging locations or action unless you have permission from the participants.
